These terms describe the current beta use of Nanyfin. They do not make financial, tax, legal, or OpenAI approval claims.

Privacy Terms Support

Plain beta terms. Free access continues after the trial, and downgrades should never lock you out of existing data.

Tell us where to look Include the workspace domain, affected email, and a short description of what changed.

Keep secrets out of email Do not send passwords, raw MCP keys, bank credentials, or full card numbers.

Sensitive changes are verified Deletion, export, billing, and access requests are checked before workspace data changes.

Use of the service

Nanyfin provides household finance tracking, tenant-isolated workspaces, and optional MCP access for AI-assisted workflows.
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, import, or ask an assistant to create. Review AI-assisted writes before relying on them.
Do not use Nanyfin for unlawful activity, credential sharing outside your household or organization, automated abuse, or attempts to access another tenant.

Nanyfin organizes and summarizes information you provide. It does not provide financial, tax, legal, investment, credit, or accounting advice.
Budgets, goals, summaries, and AI-generated explanations are informational and should be checked against your own records.

MCP keys are bearer credentials. Keep them private, revoke keys you no longer use, and rotate keys if they may have been exposed.
Private MCP tools can expose finance data and perform ledger writes. Public ChatGPT V1 is a separate five-tool read-only surface and cannot move money or change Nanyfin records.
Public ChatGPT V2 adds separately consented internal-ledger writes. It can prepare an exact preview, wait for a distinct explicit confirmation, record one user-specified income or expense once, cancel an unused preview, and separately preview and confirm an eligible audited undo.
Public ChatGPT tools never connect to banks, move or pay money, transfer funds, trade, purchase, cancel subscriptions, or reverse external activity. V2 remains in controlled testing and OpenAI review until OpenAI approves the new version for broader directory availability.

Workspace access can be suspended, cancelled, or expired according to plan status, trial status, abuse prevention, or support intervention.
Comped demo or support tenants may bypass billing expiry, but manual suspension and cancellation still block access.
